Translators into Russian like to say that proper names are to be simply given letter by letter and there is no need to bother translating them from English. Moreover, as experience shows that it is really put into practice. Still, there are quite a few proper namesdo not seem to fit the general pattern. You may come across a number of phrases which are partly a sort of proper names and partially a kind of regular words.
