Next, you must show them how to execute that system effectively. This is critical to helping them duplicate your results.

You can normally expect your salespeople to obtain excellent outcomes after this platform training. However, you must motivate your people to achieve the best that they can, and not to settle for middle ground or mediocrity.

Some people just aren't very competitive, but you can combat this tendency to settle by appealing to their ego. Capitalize on that desire for reward.

Material rewards are always appreciated by your salespeople. You can give them anything useful, such as any device which will further their skills and assist them in what they do best. You can give this freebie to the top performing associate.

If you want your business to have a competitive downline, you have to show them how indispensable they are. You should be concerned about their achievements as well, through encouragement and constant assistance.
