Alternatively try dance classes or routines be it any jazz rumba samba, in addition to keeping you fit they will also help you gain confidence and new friends.

CDS VCR / DVD – Head to the Dvd store and get any fitness routine and practice what they teach in the video all from the comfort of your own home.

SCHEDULING EXERCISES WITH EVENTS- A Fun thing to do is to run on your joggertill the marathon on T.v lasts and see how well you fare
