Cellulean Works- Nutrition for Men and Women Alike

By: Eric Minden

We all know that nutrition is very important, but we always seem to look at
nutrition for women and not for men, but the truth is that men need nutrition
too.

It is just as important for a man to eat healthy and be healthy as it is for
a woman. Although many men do take time out of their busy schedule to go to
the gym or to work out at home, while others don't do either. If men are not
working out they should still take the time to manage what they eat and how
much of it they are eating.

As many men know what they eat says a lot about how healthy they really are.
If you are dieting by the food pyramid suggested daily servings, you may
actually be taking too much. The food pyramid is a suggestion of how much
of each category a person should consume each day, this is not always a
healthy intake for each individual person.

In fact, if you are eating the recommended servings each day, you could be
taking in too much meat in order to get the protein your body needs. If you
need protein you can eat other foods that are high in protein such as
vegetables. Really, if you are eating meat each day it may not be as fresh
as you may think. Much of the meat on the market today is full of chemicals
making it unhealthy to consume.

Also, eating more vegetables than is recommended is a must. Vegetables are
high in fiber, protein, and other nutrients your bodies need to function.
The brighter the color and the leafier the vegetable, the better it will
be for your health.

Lastly, some people find it easier to eat more small meals throughout the day
instead of eating three big meals a day. This is beneficial for those who
snack during the day or may be on a diet. If you are simply trying to keep
you weight from fluctuating or you are trying to get the need nutrients your
body needs, you will not need to eat several small meals each day, three meals
would be sufficient enough.
